The Gatlinburg Event Center is a brand new 6000 square foot space located in the heart of the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It is the perfect space for any event, large and small including business retreats, weddings, family reunions, church conferences, you name it!

Get married with the Smoky Mountains as the backdrop to your wedding!
Windows cover the front and back of the building for a complete view of the mountains. Our venue can give you the feel of an outdoor wedding without the bitter cold or summer heat of the mountains.
Facility and Accomodations
We currently have an indoor venue, and are going to open up an outdoor venue in 2-3 years!
We can accommodate 250+ guests in our venue, but if you are flying in and would like to stay in the 3 mansions we have, we can accommodate up to 132 comfortably.
Frequently asked Questions
Do you provide the table and chairs? Yes we do!
Do you provide linens? We hope to be able to offer that service soon, but as of right now we have a vendor that provides linens.
Do you provide a caterer? We do not provide catering, but we do have a list of certified vendors that provide catering and other needs that you may have for your wedding.
Do you have a dance floor We do not provide a “specified” dance floor, but we can set up a designated dance space.
Sound and Video system? We provide a top quality sound system and 3 roll out TVs.
What do I need to bring/what do we provide? We provide the venue, but we do have a list of vendors that are listed and certified with us.
If you decide to have an outside vendor(s) you will have to make sure each vendor is insured per our requirements. You will be liable for your vendor.
We do provide a catering kitchen that our vendors will have access to. We also require that you use our Wedding Coordinator for viewing the venue and getting access to the venue. She will be there to open the venue for you and your guests, monitor the event, and close up when you are finished.
